Starting on April 02,12 until returning home on April 24,12 was a night mare. My luggage did not get to Frankfurt, Germany and the airline checkin chose to repack my luggage with my son watching, then kept it there while I came home and then discovered they had my jewelry, 3,000.00 in cash, laptop and all my new clothes jammed in one big piece of luggage. I got to Frankfurt with nothing but what little they let me carry on in a little purse and small overhead bag. I had to buy my clothes two times due to the airlines incompatience. I am supposed to have travel voucher coming from Delta also for the inconvience in Amerstedam. How do I fill the claim for all of this mess. Sincerely Ellen Hensley
