Joe Angelo and Rick Lopez are con artists. They told us they had leasing all lined up for us. They even used a guy by the name of Robert Searcy to claim he was the banker funding the deal to get on a conference call to tell us everything was done and all we needed to do was send first and last month payments and the fee so they could close. That was months ago. There was no financing, it was a flat out rip off. Joe and Rick no longer return our calls.
