My credit card was stolen and used 13 times over the space of two weeks to paypal*tagged inc, totalling to a sum of $700. When contacting paypal I had to make expensive international phone calls to see if they could link my credit card number to the paypal member in question, but to no avail. Paypal did send me an email to refund the money, but they never answered my initial and only request of helping me to find the name of the culprit. And I couldnt email them back as they dont respond to emails. After many attempts at explaining the situation to them I eventually gave up asking them for help.
