I called Target to ask about getting a price adjustment and I was told to bring in my receipt and the ad. So the next day I went in to the Steeplechase location to get a price adjustment. I was told it was past the two week period. I explained that I called and wasn't told that. They said there was nothing they could do. I ask to speak to the manager and that is when Jasmine walked up and told me there wasn't anything they could do for me. I asked to speak to another manager, and she rolled her eyes. She then got on the walkie and told the other manager " I already told her we won't do it." I left very upset. I called the main office, and they acted like they cared, but did offer a resolution, Very high lack of customer service or respect!
