Ought something should of been on sale

I went into target today the 12/29 in boynton beach fl, i go about twice a week to taget, well to day i will not be going back EVER, 1st of all i was looking for something that i could not find and when i asked them man for help he was so rude and then did not even help me he walked off, then i bought some groundbeef and it was on sale then i went up to the to check out, it came up the regualer price, then she called the manager up there i wanted to show her and she told me to stay there, (so that gave her the chance to move the sign) well to say the least she did, she told me that it was for something else but it was where the groundbeef was, so your supose to give it at the sale price, i will not be going back, iwill shop at walmart thanks
