Vito Di Natale lied decieved ripped off

This company provide property to investors. I purchased my townhouse in Packenham Victoria and from when i paid my deposit i was told my property would be completed in six months... This was a lie it took over two years and nearly sent us broke.

We contacted the company owner Vito Di Natale who avoided our calls and hid behind staff and blamed the builder and other staff members... This was costing us extra each month as we were paying our own mortgage and a mortgage on the new property for two years before we could get tenants in the property.

Once the property was finished we had had many maintenance issues with water leaks, part of the roof blowing off in a storm and a section of the driveway was never completed. I have heard of other people buying property from this developer and had many more problems to. They are to be avoided.
