They Sold Me Property and Didn't Give me a Clear Title to the Land in Ocean Shores

I purchased property from NRPI in Ocean Shores and paid cash. Now a couple years later I find out I don't have a clear title to the property. I contact them and they verify that they sold the property to someone before me, only they backed out of the deal, but didn't correct the paperwork. So I've been paying taxes, sewerage, dues to the club there in Ocean Shores on property I don't have clear title to. It's been two months since the company promised they'd fix this problem. Now they aren't answering emails or phone calls. I want my money back because I too found out after the fact I was ripped off and over paid for this property. They've had my $40,000 for several years and I don't own the property!
