I am being told that I owe a final bill for a early termination fee. I was NEVER informed of such a fee until the day I cancelled service. Also it was their fault that they never disconnected the internet service until a month after I termined their services. There service is marginal at best, if you have more than 1 HD TV in your house, you can only use 1 of them to watch a HD channel. The price that I was quoted before I had the service connected was a myth. I was told my bundle would be 167.00/month. I never received a bill for under 200.00, closer to 300.00.
