I spoke with customer service and I was asking about my refund got the run around, Her name was Amanda, I asked for a supervisor and Manager and she told me there was not a manager or Supervisor at all in thier company for any type of complaints. Refused to help in anyway at all to accommodate and she hung up the phone on me. They have my credit card # And refuse to give me a refund for a product that doesnt work. I returned it immediately to the company.
And have not received any refund. This company advertises a product taht is useless, I also had to pay for returning my shipment so I am out 110.00 Please
be aware and not put your self out there for this product.
