U glu whatever!

I bought U GLu from a local store that sells the "As seen on tv" products. Once returning home with my U Glu, I tried hanging a picture with it, needeless to say my picture fell off the wall and broke.

I then tried to hang a clothes pin on the wall with U Glu. Not to my surprise, the clothes pin fell off the wall. I called the number to complain about my U Glu. The guy I spoke too had such a heavy foreign accent, I couldn't understand him. I asked to speak with someone else and he promptly hung up on me.

I called back and spoke to a lady about the non-sticking U Glu and the rude customer service agent. She told me that I wasn't using the product correctly. She walked me through the steps and guess what happened! The picture fell off the wall again and smashed into a million pieces.

I asked to speak to her supervisor and she quickly hung up on me. I called back and spoke to yet another lady and filed a complaint with them about their misleading product and the rude customer service I received not once but twice. The supervisor hung up on me also, third times the charm!

I took the U Glu back to the store and asked for a refund and was told that they could not refund me the money because the product had been used. I am stuck with U Glu! This company and their product is very phony!!!
