I set up a website for a business my wife had started. The business did not take off and I cancelled the website over a year ago. A couple of months ago we received a bill for about $16. We figured it was some kind of left over amount due from the time we cancelled so we paid it. Now we receive another bill for a full months service. We called and was told that there was another step we had to do to cancel the account. However this was not explained while cancelling or mentioned anywhere. Now they are arguing with us that we owe them again and the customer support was really rude. This is a scam to keep billing for unused services. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to stay away.
