Enhanced Services Billing - My Voicemail Network
This company has been charging my at&t phone bill for months and refuse to admit that they are a rip off

I just noticed around april that i was being charged by this company for $12.95 a month i was told that i went to a certain website and agreed to this account and i received confirmation through my email. I called the number on my bill and left a message (i called after hours twice) i called a couple days later i was told that the account had been cancelled. A sarah called me back the same day and explained the service and i just wanted it cancelled she dtated that she would refund back three months to me. I guess we will see. She was very professional, but i'm just not interested in the service that is being offered.
