MerchNOW disappointment

I'm upset about the fact that I have bought four things over a week ago that have not arrived yet and the money has already been taken out of the bank. It still says that is waiting to be processed, in other words it's not coming for a while. I've never had problems before this purchase, such a disappointment, I buy a lot from them.
