Credit card charged, order never delivered

I placed an online order for the flowers, same day delivery. I never received order confirmation or order number, as one would expect. The flowers were not delivered on the day of order. I called the toll free #, waited for 10 minutes for the operator who took my name and number and promised the florist would call me back. Never happened. Called again today - 3 days after the order was placed - same story. They did not forget to charge the credit card, though.
