A1 National Van Hire
A1 National Van Hire deposit not returned

The van hire itself was fine, delivery and collection of the van was on time and carried out by very helpful and friendly people. However, 4 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refundable deposit of £250 to be returned. I have rung the company 4 times but each time I have been told that the money should be in my account in 2/3,7/10 days, or by the end of the week. I am still waiting, for what should be a straightforward financial transaction to occur.
