I Ordered Items for my vehicle online on March 27. Was told it would be in about 15days until they receive the goods then in30 days that i would received them. I Got worried so I called serveral time no answer. Finally 5/04 today someone answered and transferred me to a Mr. Mathew and he said that he would see about this order to see what the holdup was, the same repeated story from last time and so i just ask him that if it is not in please refund me the monies of 220.79, Mr. Mathew said that he would call me back later to let me know what the department of refund would say, I ask if I could talk to them and he said no, ask why not, he said cause i say so. Then I ask him just to refund my monies, and he says be glad to I hate seat belts any way and i'll make sure not to do business with you anymore and be careful who I was rude to before asking questions!
