I am very pleased to see so many people have taken the time to talk about how this company "justleather.com" has done them a wrong in thier experience with them.

My story is much the same, almost "2" months of frustration and lies from them just to buy a simple jacket! I was told too, "it shipped out" when in fact it had not! I was told I did not even make any order, and etc. On and on like I said much of the same treatment.

The most hurtful part was when Mathew Sherman called my cell phone to tell me "I" was out of line to call him and tell him I was going to sue thier %*&* if I did not get some results. I thought is was strange he finally called me or even respond when I result to taking legal actions.

I was not out of line, Mathew and his company just-leather.com are/where. I was only trying to obtain information as to why this dilemma was taking place just to order a jacket. Why was I being lied to! It made no sense at all.

He thinks He will not be taken to court, he is wrong, he will have to pay for all court cost too, I will not stand for this un just action on his part or his company.

So after a long battle I finally got my jacket, he finally sent it off "2nd day air" however I want my refund for that shipping charge as it took alomst "2" months to get it, and along with all the troubles I had as well I am deserving of this action.

He sent a response to the Trenton BBB on my complaint there and said he sent the jacket and it takes time to get to Alaska, its rather funny here as just below that he includes a copy of the shipping reciept, which reads " sent March 22, received March 25th" funny, that is "not" a long time!!! It simply shows how quick I got it, "finally" after almost 2 months!!! I was just in awe to his comment on that, it made no sense at all.

He never owned up to any of the lies I was told, I even have a recorded voice message of him lying to me. I feel sad for this person who feels he needs to conduct this type of dis-honesty in his business practice, he will not last long on this path, we all know this to be true.

To sum up, I am going to continue with legal action on this shipping charge and the cost to do so, I will seek out all who have the same problem from him to help. It is not that I do not have anything better to do, it is that I am sick and tired of poor treatment these days from people and companies such as this. They advertise a service that we pay for and then they do not produce this service, it is wrong.

Mathew thinks I am obsurd as I started my complaint only 9 days into the saga, however let me remind him that is because one of his reps insulted me in an e-mail response, just 9 days into this situation!!! He knows he is doing people wrong, he knows when he looks into the mirror, he is just that kind of person.
