I signed up with the Online Profit Masters thinking it would be a way to supplement my income since becoming unemployed on Jan 9. After signing up and being charged the initial fee of $ 97.00 I began reading the pages and links associated with the OPM and discovered the additional fees that needed to be paid to even begin to set up the program. I then realized it was a huge scam so i called immediately and cancelled my account. The cancellation was done by a supervisor on Feb 17 and I was told that the $ 97.00 would be back in my account in 5-7 business days. To date the funds have not been refunded. I have made numerous calls checking on the status and have been told it is pending...
On March 2 I called again and inquired about my refund... I was told today that there is no information in the system concerning a refund and that i would be transferred to a supervisor to process that refund. The call was then transferred to a dead line.
