I went to a "sprint" store to find out if they would be able to give me a prepaid option on an iphone. They told me no... But they just happened to have an iphone one of the salespeople bought for their mother who didn't want it as a gift... That they would sell it to me for less than apple and that i could maybe go to att for a prepaid sim card. I bought the phone with the confidence that i was dealing with sprint... There was no indication that it wasn't sprint!

Beware!!! This is not a sprint company owned store. It pretends to be so but is independent and full of corruption. Last week i went to the store located at 15 mile and haggerty and was taken advantage of by two sales people and the store manager. They sold me an iphone which they represented as being unlocked. "that one of the salespeople had bought it for his mother who couldn't figure out how to use it. That apple "laughed" when he tried to return the phone. Therefore he was selling it for just 500.00. Well, unfortunately i bit on the offer. When i got home with the phone, i discovered it was locked to sprint. When i took the phone back, they told me that it was my problem... That i had bought the phone from craigs list or ebay... Lie. They are liars... And, either they are moonlighting under the store name or the franchise is unaware of their little business to dupe their customers. This franchise has nothing to do with sprint... I hope. Do not do business with "all star wireless!" not only are they crooks... They lack knowledge that they pretend to offer. Please tell all your friends not to do business with anyone that is not an actual carrier owned store... Because you have no recourse. These storefronts do not follow normal company rules... Employees are allowed to run wild.By the way... To submit this review i was forced to add one star... There should be an option to give negative stars!
