They destroyed my hair!

Do not go there! I went in for a touch up on my high lights and color. This was my first time there. Ofelia destroyed my hair. She covered my high lights w color and this made my hair break! She also did a horrible job on my high lights! She left a huge gap and the color was not even on them! When I realized this. I called and called but she was never available! I went in person and got into a huge discussion w her and the owner! They both refused to return my money or even fix my hair. Ofelia had the audacity of saying she would give me a discount to fix my hair! She messed it up and never admitted. She said I was wrong and this was the way hair should be done? What did she think I'm stupid!!?? Bottom line these people are dishonest, unprofessional and THIEFS! Do not go there! Spread the word! Don't let this happen 2 anyone else!!
