Being Bullied over the phone

I obtained a telephone call from Only Power after changing ideas to-go with IGS. IGS had provided me a diminished price and that I got it when I told the men. He explained that I had been out-of agreement and he was calling to restore. He then extended to provide me another year at 6.99mcf once the price was 5.49. IGS had provided me 4.94 mcf. I request the men if he'd a lowerr price to provide me and he extended to express that I had been ina agreement after he'd stated I had been no further in a single. He kept pressing the 6.99 for that year. Began shouting at me within the telephone I'd informed him no that used to donot wish to vary from IGS that I'd simply changed around due to the lowerr price. He simply kept pressing me and stating I had been ina agreement. I got annoyed I told him used to donot enjoy him bulling me after I'd told him no. Therefore, I finished the discussion with him by giving the telephone to my sweetheart so he might complete it. Hows that for rude...
