Ortmeier who lives in Omaha Ne, has been scamming several elderly people... Out of money for a bogus cattle company. He strings his victims along with promises of riches, gold, cars, etc. And makes them think he is their best friend so they won't demand payment on the phony loan papers he draws up and signs. F.B. I needs to track this con down and put him away for a long time.
