Purchased a $25.00 gift card to Barnes and Noble for $15.00. Never received it. Called them in January and was told it was on back order and would be two more weeks. Never came and since then I have not been able to get through. They don't return calls. My bank can't do anything now because it has been longer than 90 days. How can I get the Texas Attorney General involved?
