Gift card not received phone calls and emails not returned Internet

I purchased a Barnes and Noble gift card back in December. I have never received it. I have called and called and I have emailed and emailed. Nothing, no response, I never get a live person on the phone either. I purchased a $25 gift card for $15, with the 1st time purchase credit of $10. On the website it shows it was redeemed... By who because it wasn't me. There is a number there so i have tried to enter that into Barnes and Nobles site, thinking maybe it will be my giftcard number but no it isn't. Don't ever buy anything through Savemore.com!!!
