Fraud, charged my card $15.00 for a $25.00 Barnes and Nobes Gift Card but now the company defunct

I purchased a $25.00 gift card to Barnes and Noble for $15.00 through Savemore.com. My credit card was charged but never received the gift card and no one answers the phone. Also their web site no longer exists! What can I do?
