I have bought Reebok shoes from the website reebokshoes-shop.com, having asked to ship them to the US to my friends. Moreover, I thought that the website was an official dealer. However, when in a week they asked me to change the order as they were not able to comply with it, I could get from the "English" they used that the company was not based in the US. I have complied with the request, but they were unable to fulfill the new order too. So, I asked for the refund in the beginning of March, no money ever since, although they promised to make the refund to my credit card account in 30 days (while also promising to retain 5% allegedly for the transaction). Do not use the website ever again.
