Company already has historical SCAM practices but I found out too late - molouhudong@foxmail.com is the main contact for different floating companies that this people are running on the web. They operation is quite simple but effective: They sent you a random pair of shoes (not the ones that you order), you make the claim using the email above and they reply is totally random no sense and they pretty much charge you for any return if any: On website: http://www.reebokshoes. REFUND Guarantee reads:
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can request a refund, the return will cost a 15% restocking fee, buyer have to pay shipping fee, and 15% the import/export duties.
