Unauthorized $84.12 Withdrawal From Checking Account and No Callback

Direct TV took 84.12 out of my checking account without my authorization. I have Time Warner Cable for my cable services, have been with them all my life. I have tried to talk to someone and I get the runaround I have to wait 7 to 10 days to speak to someone. Are they for real!!! I have faxed them every day, left my phone number and haven't heard from anyone. What horrible customer service.
