They sent the wrong book (a different ISBN number), it was not hardcover (softcover), I paid for expedited 2-day guaranteed shipping (it was late), and there is not fast way to contact them (no phone number). Also, the book they sent me is 3X more expensive than what other book sellers are charging for it.
