Horribly disappointed!

I purchased a $69 car detailing on 10/25. I called to make an appointment and the soonest time was today 11/19. When the appointment time came and went (I sat home all morning, waiting), I called. I was told they were "behind because of rain" and wanted to reschedule a week later. That was a holiday weekend and I would be out of town. Now I have to wait until December? And to really make me furious, this clown on the phone told me he called and left a message to this effect. Not true. My phone is right next to my hand and there were NO calls and NO messages. Lesson learned. I will never use this detailing services and will consider the $69 the price of lesson learned.
