Discount coupon ripoff! Shabby performance of service!

Just to let a few people know about my very bad experiance with a local company!

CALI DETAIL, 740 So. "E" Street, San Bernardino 909-888-1003 take my advice and do not go to them for your auto detailing needs this spring!

There are coupons in the phone book offering 50% off the regular price.

First: they don't show up for the schedualed appointment time, and do not call.
Second: when they did finally come it was dark! Swore they could do the job anyway!
Third: They claimed to not have change of $5.00 when i offered them $70 for the established price of $65.00!
Fourth: The next day, when I looked at the job done, it was very poor!
Fifth: when I called to complain, they offered to re-do the job, "when the rain stopped"!
Sixth: then they never called after the rain stopped!
Seventh: When I called, they tried to not re-do the job, wanted to only do certain things! When actually, the entire job was poorly done!
Eigth: FINALLY, made an appointment for the next day at noon!
Ninth: Did not show up for that appointment either! When I called, he re-schedualed for the next day "First thing in the morning" And I clarified that was 9am!
Tenth: Did not show up for that appointment either! And when I called, no answer!
Eleventh: Then they called back with a lame excuse, and that he would be there in about 10-15 minutes! Did not show up an hour later! When I called no answer! I called again in another half hour, still no answer! I then told them in no uncertain terms that I was going to make a
complaint to the B.B.B. If they did not call me back!
Twelvth: When they did Finally call me back in about another hour. They said that he couldn't find my house! And that they were not going to do the job now at all, and if I wanted to file a complaint to just go right ahead, I had already done just that!

SO, save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere,
