I put in my order in middle of sept. I finally called in middle of Nov. They told me they would check on it. I called a week later and a week later and a week later. Same reply and RUDE!!! This was a christmas gift. It is now Dec. 16th and i got something in the mail saying it was cancelled. I called today and the once again very rude woman said oh weel they tried to charge your card and it was declined. Ya Right! I just checked my account and it has 300.00 in it. As well as checked my account every day to see if they ever charged me so I had some idea of when it was coming. It was never on there. She said well you can reorder... Really??? And wait another 3 months. Gee thanks! They are awful!!!
