$89.31 Credit card RIP OFF Davie, Florida

There was an internet offer on a diet slimming acai berry pill, a free offer if you only pay shipping and handling (which was only $4.95) so I tried it out, and received the free bottle.

A few days later I checked my bank account and noticed a $89.31 charge from My VIP fit. Having no idea where or what this charge was from, I contacted my bank and told them I never authorized that payment. When they told me where it was from I called and complained, and they offered to credit my account the $89.31 within the week.

Week goes by and the charge is still there. So my wife calls and they offer to credit the money again within a certain number of days. I can't tell you how many times my wife and I have called their customer service and they said they would have the money back on my credit card.

And the next time my wife called they said they've put my account refund on "high Priority" and would be credited within 48 hours. That was over a week ago and still have not been credited.

So I called twice today and told my story to them over and over. And they told me that my account would be fixed by the end of this week.
