Lowe's In Garden City
Lowe's cabinets sat in their store for 2 weeks before i had to call them

I went into their store for the first time 2/15. Had to wait 1hour and a 1/2 to order a cabinet.

I then called to follow up on the cabinets. They told me they were not coming in until 3/14. (one week and a half more than what they told me in the store).

I called the manufacturer 3 days later and they told me they sent it to LOWES on 2/28/03. I called the store spoke with Mike. He checked the computer and told me it wasnt coming in until the 25th. I told him I was told it was sent on the 28th. After checking again he then told me it came in. I spoke to a manager. She checked the computer in 5 minutes was able to tell me in was already in. Why this guy could tell I have no idea.

I went into this store for the first time. I will never ever shop this store again. The customer service is horrible. The workers are horrible.
