They called my Dad and sold him a credit protection plan. He got a receipt in the mail that Proteck had pulled 397.68 from his account. When this happened he called me and I called 866-395-2021 and reached a company by the name of Third Party, they informed me that it would take 20 days to get a refund. They went on to say that if I could prove that the the check that they wrote on my dads account went through the monies would be returned in 10 days. I spent 5.00 in fax charges and got them the proof. That was 15 days ago. I called this morning and they said that something happened and that the credit was not posted and that Proteck only does refunds on Friday and to call back on Monday the the 30th of April. To see if the money was returned.
