No Refund Yet - Windows Front Page CDs

I ordered the Windows Front Page CD set back in the beginning of March online and received it in the mail about 7 days later. I was then charged $389.99 for which I contacted their customer service department and cancelled my account asking for a refund. My wife and I were told that my account was being cancelled and that the credit to my account would occur in 30 days. We returned the CD about 3 days later and waited a week to follow-up. A second call was made and were informed that it would take 30 business days.in the meantime, the charge has screwed up my credit and my bank account. I have incurred about $300 in overdraft charges because of it and feel that they should be liable for any and all charges. On Friday the 16th, my wife was told that it would be processed on the 19th of April and that it might take 3 business days to complete and then it may appear in my account 3 days later. My wife is determined that if it does not appear in my account this Friday, 4/23/10, that Channel 6 Action News will get a call about Video Professor 's scam and request that it be broadcast. At this time I would like a resolution to this issue; in the form of my account being credited.
