No Chica

I contacted Debbie Kirkpatrick about making a Chica doll in November. I asked herto makeachica doll for my child's 1st birthday in January. She said she would haveit done in time. I paid her $65 through PayPal. After January came & went I contacted her SEVERAL times. Finally she responded promising the doll would be "sent out by the end of the week" then more excuses several weeks later about "family issues" and promising all orders would be filled in 4 weeks. Again no doll it is now Apriil. I also found her Facebook page & saw SEVERAL posts from other people who said they paid her & never received the doll.
