Convergent Cancellation Fees overchargers keep coming

We have been sent to two collection agencies within two months and have not settled this dispute as of yet. We have paid Alltel 515.48 dollars in cancellation fees and have copies to prove all the fees have been paid. Nonow Alltel wants an additional 137.00 dollars. I have reported to all three credit reporting agencies. This haslowered my score and ability to buy things at a lower interest rates. I need help with disputing their rip off fees.
