I received a collection for $383.80 for Alltel I have never had an Alltel account

I received a collection notice dated 7/17 for about $380 from these people for an Alltel account. I have never had an Alltel account. I called Alltel and was told this is the second call they have received this weekend with the same story. Alltel is going to investigate. I'm also going to report to the state Attorney General.
