Promoting Fraudulent Account by Alltel through AFNI after agreement in 2005 Ripoff

Experian agreed in 2005 to remove the $315 account being reported by Alltel as it was Not a Legal Contract as Alltel broke the Contract & therfor I didn't owe them a dime!!! Alltel regrouped turned the Fraudulent Bill over to AFNI hoping they could accomplish what Alltel no longer could Credit Damages Attempting to Bully or Extort a Fee that they have No Legal Right to Obtain.
Now in 2007 AFNI is claiming I owe them on Alltel's behalf $362 after they added their collection fees

I Disputed this as being resolved once by Experian I expected them to honor their previous decision. They Did Not!!! What really gets me as they included the following note..."These items may stay on your credit report for as long as they are open. Once an account is closed or paid off, it may continue to appear on your report for up to ten years." This Note violates
the law.

This is Alltel promoting a Fraudulent Account through AFNI & Experian is helping Alltel in their attempt to Extort a Fee to which they are not entitled! Experian by Not honoring their previous decision on this account is now promoting this activity willfully that makes them as guilty in My book as Alltel!
