I made an online order with uptown poochie in Nov. My credit card was charged the same day, but the goods were never sent. After many phone calls and emails I finally got hold of them in January and they said that they hadn't sent the goods and would refund the money directly to my credit card account. The money never came. I started calling and emailing them again in March, it is now heading towards the end of April and they are not returning my calls or answering my emails. If you are planning to order something from this company I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere as they don't seem to be very honest.
