Placed order with company on March 19. On March 21, the company sent me an e-mail saying they could not fulfill the order by the designated event date. There were two possible dates I could schedule so I contacted them via live chat on March 24 in which Carlos Montana indicated that they would be able to fulfill an adjusted order by April 20. That was cutting it extremely close to the second event date, but I thought it would still be okay. Carlos promised that he would place the order on March 26 and that the goods (event favors) would be in hand by April 20.

On April 18, I wrote to the company to confirm that the goods were on their way. I received the following response from Carlos:

Please let us know if you ever received this email sent on 21-Mar? If so, then we never receive your response in return and we never charged you for this order and the order is still on hold as stated in below email that it will be on hold until we hear from you.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is getting little complicated to understand.

In response, I told him I had personally talked to him about the order and sent back the entire chat transcript from March 24 and received absolutely no response in return. I am now up the creek with no event favors and just two days to figure something out. I wish I had seen the reports here before I placed the order and relied on this company to fulfill my event needs. I am also going to follow up with my credit company to double-check that there have been no charges to my account from this company after reading the financial problems that others have had.

I hope this report will prevent others from encountering the same situation by refusing to do any business with this company.
