Hi,
Ordered and paid for a Gents Barbour Jacket using my Credit Card on the 10th July last. The company who facilitated the money transfer was http://www.sslbillpay.com. Once the initial complimentary emails had finished the ridiculous emails began to arrive - full of meaningless waffle I quickly realised I had made a mistake and informed my Credit card company - who advised I must wait one week before upgrading to 'dispute' status. I then cancelled the order and sought a refund and then the waffle began in earnest - consistently avoiding my concerns and instructions. Even though I have never received any goods they would ask me to send 'photographs' and suggest a lot of time would be lost returning goods - etc, etc. Today an 'offer' of 10% refund plus VIP membership (of what I wonder) was included in another ridiculous email. I have given up any hope of ever getting a refund but I would like to think other people might think hard before getting involved with these scam artists.
Hope you can help to bring these people to account.
