I was trying to get my magic jack plus in which i activated it on April 10 to work i was able to call out but no in coming call wouldn't work got and recording that said not yet connected but i could call out just answer came on line and said if they fixed the problem they would charge my account, they never fixed the problem and took money out of my account on the 12, my bank refunded my money while under investigation on April 16 they took another 38 dollar out of my account and now i have 3 overdraft in my account 163.00 neg and i want my money back, they wont answer my text message and i never approved this transaction
