Do not get Magic Jack

I have had majic jack for a year and purchase a 5 year plan. Well I begun having problem with my service so I chat with multiple representatives online to correct the issue. All the agents are incompentent and could not fix my issue, so I told them that if the problem is not fixed then I want a refund. The problem was fixed for 3 days then they deactivated my account because according to them I abused the service. I told them that they are lying and using that as a scapegoat so I would not be eligable for a refund and told me there is nothing I could do. Buyer's PLEASE BE AWARE!!! Do not fall pray to Magic Jack. It is surely to good to be true.
