Paid bills with checks form KARLEEN CORP.
Acquired property at lancaster resorts 701 barrington park hilton head sc 29928 sc. For himself and costumer of tonemakers. Paid for with checks form KARLEEN CORP.
Ran up high bills with credit cards american express & Visa. And paid bills with company money. At the time company was in the red.
This man was livening off the company.
His Actions put company out of business.
Failed to pay all Employees 1 to 3 weeks back pay.
This man has a god complex.
Made Employees feel inferrer.
Made some Employees do things under pressure.
The out of work Employees of this man are afraid of him.
At the time company went out of business he had 13 employees.
He has destroyed lives.
