Porter Valley Software wrongful tax reporting - 1099 employees - not paying employees and denying employees' rights to compensation

Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. (also called ESP) and its many divisions totally ripped off their employees.in 2009 ESP did not pay their employees for months and is now denying that these employees have a right to their compensation. The Department of Labor is not helping much. Further, this company send out 1099s for employees that should receive W2s - because the company did not record any taxes and basically only reported employees' net checks as gross checks — meaning that the company did not have to report/show a liability in taxes. This is a publicly traded company that is bullshitting all investors including the union, VA, SEC, and IRS. A company like that needs to go out of business and its officers should not be able to ever have another business again. There are many things that are fraudulent about this company and I would like to WARN ANYONE — DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM.
