Ordered a bundle service for 145.00 per month for 12 months 6 months ago and have not received a correct bill since. The bills range from 152.00 to 350.00
I have spent about 20 hours on the phone with their billing dept etc. Now they say the bundle is only good for 6 months and jacked up the rate 30.00 a month. I am going to switch from the in a month or two. This company is the most unresponsive outfit I have ever dealt with
