Attempted to cancel account

I approached SEM Worth Plus to stop my account. Was advised it had been terminated simply to possess a another cost on my charge card. I named them again, spoke to another person and was guaranteed it had been terminated and also the costs could be acknowledged. Next statement confirmed overdue stability due with late charges - questioned this simply to have my charge card business state these were not able to assist me and might re-bill me for that quantity. Named SEM, they claim I actually donot owe something... Eye. Yi. Yi!!! Next thing, contact the charge card business. I'm like I'm on the happy-go round also it doesn't quit.
