Unauthorized credit card charges

DON'T USE MYFAX - charge card scam!!! This e fax organization provided a totally free 1-mo. Tial account, that we registered for. I terminated only a little more than 1 month later & requested when they might take away the $10 cahrge since I have had created one send throughout the trial account. They didn't. Therefore okay, I named a couple of days late. However they have extended to cost my charge card each month since! I named customer support and talked with Nicholas - worker #384, who had been truly unpleasant. He declined to return the costs. I named my charge card organization to challenge the costs since Jan who subsequently named Myfax, who could not look for a report of my consideration at-all, plus they stated thaqt the burden was on me to supply proof that I terminated, nevertheless myfax offers no evidence! They didnot in Jan plus they didnot today. I am next processing a state using the greater business agency. It was not a lot of cash that was billed however itis the theory. It was my cash, plus they got it, they did not supply any support for it but were nevertheless in a position to cost my charge card without supplying any declaration of any sort. Is not this illegitimate???
